At Quirevon S.A.S. we handle your personal data responsibly and in accordance with Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and the regulations of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP). This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose and what your rights are.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Quirevon S.A.S., with registered office at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1930, Floor 4, Office B, Puerto Madero, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. You can contact us on privacy matters by writing to contacto@quirevon.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide through the contact form (name, email address and the content of your message). In addition, through cookies and similar technologies we may collect browsing data, always subject to your consent as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to respond to your enquiries, provide information about real estate crowdlending projects, improve our services and, where applicable and with your consent, carry out measurement and communication activities. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, on pre-contractual measures requested by you and on Quirevon's legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, always respecting your rights and freedoms.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it securely.
6. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with technology providers that provide services to us (for example, hosting or measurement), who act as data processors under confidentiality obligations. Any international transfer is carried out with adequate safeguards.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your data by writing to contacto@quirevon.com. The AAIP is the supervisory authority and you may file complaints with it. The data subject is entitled to exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is completely infallible, so we continuously work to strengthen our security.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
